2.2. The standard warranty period is 24 months for private individuals and 12 months for legal entities from the date the product is received.

3. Basis for Warranty Claims
3.1. The warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturer fault.
3.2. The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by improper or incorrect use;
- mechanical damage (scratches, cracks, dents);
- damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- natural wear and tear and consumable parts.
4. Return and Repair Procedure
4.1. If a defect is detected, the buyer must contact customer support at info@healthstore.lv.
4.2. To submit a warranty claim, the following must be provided:
- a receipt or other proof of purchase;
- a description of the defect and photos, if possible.
4.3. After the warranty claim is approved, the product may be:
- repaired free of charge;
- replaced with an equivalent product;
- refunded if repair or replacement is not possible.
5. Processing Time
5.1. All warranty claims are reviewed within 14 business days.

6. Other Provisions
