General Terms
1. General Information
1.1. These Terms (hereinafter – Terms) outline the rules for purchasing goods in the online store (hereinafter – Store).

1.3. Using the Store means that the buyer (hereinafter – Customer) agrees to these Terms.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. The Customer selects goods from the available assortment and adds them to the cart.
2.2. An order is considered confirmed after payment or another confirmation step indicated in the Store.
2.3. The Store reserves the right to decline an order if a product is unavailable, a technical error has occurred, or the Customer’s information is incomplete.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in euros, including VAT, unless specified otherwise.
3.2. Available payment methods include bank transfer, payment cards, internet banking, and other methods listed in the Store.
3.3. The Store may change prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price valid at the time of order placement.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are delivered via the selected delivery service (Omniva, Venipak, Latvijas Pasts, courier, etc.).
4.2. Delivery costs and timeframes are displayed during checkout.
4.3. The Store is not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers or force majeure circumstances.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. The Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
5.2. Returned goods must be in their original packaging and undamaged condition.
5.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer unless the Store delivered a damaged or incorrect product.
5.4. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1. Products are covered by the warranties established by law.
6.2. Complaints regarding defective products must be submitted via email with the order number and description of the issue.
6.3. The Store reviews complaints within 14 business days.
7. Customer Data Processing
7.1. The Store processes Customer personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
7.2. Data is used solely for order processing, payment accounting, and customer support.

8. Liability
8.1. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.
8.2. The Store is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of the Terms by the Customer.
8.3. The Store is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party providers.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
9.3. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.
10.2. Orders are governed by the Terms valid at the time of order placement.
