1. Accepted Payment Methods
1.1. Bank Transfer
– Payment must be made to the specified store bank account.
– Orders are processed after payment is received.
1.2. Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard)
– Payment is made via a secure payment system.
– Card details are not stored in our system.
1.3. Internet Banking Payments
– Available via integrated payment platforms (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, etc.).
1.4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
– Available only for certain delivery methods.
– Additional fees may apply according to courier terms.
2. Prices and Taxes
2.1. All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout.
3. Invoices and Payment Confirmations
3.1. The invoice is automatically sent to the customer’s email after placing the order.
3.2. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order may be automatically canceled.
4. Security
4.1. All payment processing is done via encrypted and certified payment systems.
4.2. The online store does not store or process customer card data.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed.
5.2. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the product is returned and checked.
