How to place an order

Placing an order on our website is easy. Simply add the selected items to your shopping cart, go to the cart, review your order, and click the “Proceed to checkout” button.

Placing an order in standard mode

If you are sure about your choice, you can place the order yourself by completing the checkout form step by step.

Address selection

Select your region and city from the list. If you cannot find your city, choose “Other location” and enter the name of your city in the “City” field. Please make sure to enter the correct postal code.

Delivery

Depending on your location, available delivery methods will be offered. Choose the most convenient option for you. More information is available in the “Delivery” section.

Payment

Choose the most suitable payment method. Detailed information is available in the “Payment” section.

Buyer details

Enter your details: first name, last name, delivery address, and phone number. In the “Order comments” field, you can add additional information for the courier, such as access instructions or delivery specifics.

Order confirmation

Check that the information you entered is correct: ordered items, delivery address, and buyer details. To complete your order, click the “Place order” button.

Our website saves your details and order information. Next time you shop, you will be able to reuse the details from your previous order to make checkout even faster.
